Uses and Gratifications: Personal Identity

I identify myself as part of the audience of awkward because its not like i can relate to any of  the characters but its more like i want to be like the min character. I would love to be noticed like Jenna does in awkward even if it just like her breaking her arm but having the most attractive guy and the most popular guy in school fall in love with you. Im not saying i want that to happen but just to be noticed by someone i would say thats how i relate. Also even though Jenna started off being unpopular she never really got to the top of the ladder of popularity she just upgraded by the people she dated and how she got invited to social gatherings. She never left her friends behind which makes awkward different to the stereotypical american teen TV show.
